The organisations that will perform best in the next decade are the ones investing in their people's mental wellbeing now. Not as a tick-box. As a genuine performance lever.

The world of work has changed fundamentally. Hybrid working, always-on culture, economic uncertainty, the rise of AI and expectations of employers means mental wellbeing is no longer something HR can manage quietly in the background.
It's now a leadership issue. A retention issue. A performance issue. And the HR leaders and CPOs who get ahead of it will be the ones who build organisations that are genuinely for for the decade to come.

Talks and keynotes on mental wellbeing, performance mindset, and the future of work. Drawing on 20+ years in HR, a triathlete and coach, these sessions are grounded, practical, and genuinely motivating. Not generic wellness content.
I can bring industry experts to you, depending on your needs.

Hayley Standen - Triathlete and Coach
Most workplace wellbeing programmes feel like they are designed to make people feel better in the short term. A yoga class here, a mindfulness app there. The intention is good. The impact rarely lasts.
I aim to bring something that is more than 'in that moment'. Twenty years of HR leadership combined with a serious sporting background means I approach wellbeing the way a performance coach approaches an athlete, with rigor, with honesty, and with genuine belief that the conditions people work in determine what they're capable of.
This isn't about being kind. It's about being smart about how you invest in your most important asset.
We start a conversation about what's happening, the pressures the gaps, and what's not landing. No agenda, no pitch. Just an honest look at where you are and what would actually make a difference.
I design an approach built around your specific needs, not off the shelf programmes. People and companies are different and require varied approaches to have the impact required.
Workshops, talks, or coaching delivered with energy, honesty, and the practical grounding that two decades in HR brings
Impact doesn't end when the session does. I work with you to embed what's been learnt and measure what's changed.
