The philosophy behind it

Most workplace wellbeing programmes feel like they are designed to make people feel better in the short term.  A yoga class here, a mindfulness app there.  The intention is good. The impact rarely lasts.


I aim to bring something that is more than 'in that moment'.  Twenty years of HR leadership combined with a serious sporting background means I approach wellbeing the way a performance coach approaches an athlete, with rigor, with honesty, and with genuine belief that the conditions people work in determine what they're capable of.


This isn't about being kind.  It's about being smart about how you invest in your most important asset.
