Human performance consultancy · Built by a former CPO
Imagine if you could see exactly where your best people are drifting, and bring them back to thriving, before it ever became a resignation.
There's a measurable gap between how your people perform and how they are built to. We're the ones who measure it, the drift no one else is naming, and we bring your best people back to their best.

The work I do and who it is for
One diagnostic. Three ways I bring your people back to their best.
Every engagement starts with the Drift Index, so the work is built on what your people are actually depleted by rather than a guess.

For Leaders
You spend your days reading everyone else's performance. This is the coaching that reads yours. We work on the patterns, assumptions and blind spots that are harder to see from the inside, grounded in the performance science behind the Drift Index. You leave with your specific performance picture and a structured path through it.
Right for you ifYou hold the whole people function together, and you know your own drift has gone unmeasured for too long.

Recovery is not the opposite of performance. It is the engine of it.
The Drift Index
Start with the diagnostic. Not a verdict, a map.
Most people and most teams are performing well below how they are built to. Most never name why. We do.
A science-backed diagnostic built to measure how far a person or a team has drifted from how they are built to perform, across five levers the neuroscience says actually determine how well we think, decide and lead.
Under three minutes. Free to take. It is where every piece of work I do begins.

When in the day your brain is built to do its hardest work.
-
The default mode network. The state where insight and processing happen.
-
The night-time engine that consolidates memory and clears metabolic waste.
-
Exercise releases BDNF, which literally grows new brain cells.

Twenty minutes outside measurably lowers cortisol.
The thinking behind it
Built to do the work that matters most.
I built Inspired Intentions because I kept seeing the same thing. High potential, high performing people quietly operating well below what they are capable of, and businesses absorbing the cost of it without ever naming what had happened. Your best people rarely leave loudly. They drift, a degree at a time, still hitting the numbers, right up to the resignation no one saw coming.
Drift is almost never a talent problem. It is what happens when capable people run for long enough without the conditions that let them think clearly, decide well and lead others. Restore those conditions and the person comes back to their best. So does the performance the business was already paying for.
