The Drift Index
A feeling you cannot name, turned into a map.
The Drift Index is our science backed diagnostic. It measures five performance levers to show where and why you, or your team, are operating below potential. Free, under three minutes, and anonymous.
Recognition
Drift is common, understandable and reversible.
It is not failure and it is not a verdict. It is movement away from your optimal state, and it usually shows up in small ways first.
- Decisions that used to take minutes now take three coffees.
- Information slides off the brain instead of sticking.
- You have the stamina but not the clarity.
- A team that is clearly capable cannot reach its best thinking.
- The routines that always worked have quietly stopped working.
- Everything is fine on paper, and something is still off.
Five levers
What it measures.
Twenty one questions across the five conditions that determine whether capable people can access their capability. Free, under three minutes and completely private. Hover or tap each one.
-
When you do things, and whether it matches how you are built.
-
Whether you genuinely restore, or only stop.
-
The quality of it, not just the hours logged.
-
How your body is supporting your thinking.
-
The conditions around you, and what they are doing to your focus.
Free, anonymous and private to you. The result is not a score to feel judged by. It is a personal performance map showing which lever is costing you most, and a prioritised place to start.

For you, or for your team.
For individuals
Understand your own performance.
Complete the diagnostic and read your map, then choose a next step: a retake later, coaching if you want someone alongside you, or the reset plan.
Reset plan launches 31 August 2026
For organisations
See the pattern across a team.
Every attendee completes the diagnostic before a programme begins, so the work is built on your actual data rather than an assumption. The aggregate picture is anonymous.
Your results are private.
The Drift Index is anonymous by design. Your answers are never linked to your name or your email address, and no individual can be identified from them. Your results are yours alone. They are not visible to anyone else, they are never shared with your employer, and they cannot be passed on. Where an organisation runs the diagnostic across a team, only the anonymous aggregate picture is ever seen, never an individual map. That is deliberate, because honest answers are the only useful ones.

Start with the diagnostic.
It costs nothing, it is anonymous, and it gives us both something concrete to talk about.
